On June 1, 1966, Mrs. Elma Giles found a pistol under an over-stuffed chair in an apartment that had just been vacated by Saidallah Sirhan. The pistol was later turned over to the police.

On August 8, 1968, the undersigned contacted Madeleine Smith, who stated that she had conversed with Saidallah Sirhan about owning and possessing a pistol.

On August 19, 1968, the undersigned contacted Linda Masri, who stated that she had seen Saidallah Sirhan in possession of a rifle. She also stated that Shariif Sirhan had told her that he wanted to get rid of the rifle because he did not want to hit his own son.

**Vehicle Information:**

The undersigned was informed by Mrs. Gladys Josephs that the vehicle driven by Saidallah Sirhan is a 1965 Chevrolet four-door, wind, registered to her husband. The license number on the vehicle is DE NO 996.
