Lewis reported being at the Ambassador Hotel on June 4, 1968, and receiving a call from Joan Henley asking him to join her in the Kennedy suite after Senator Kennedy left. Lewis stated he had no first-hand knowledge of the events surrounding Senator Kennedy's assassination.

John William Lewis, an electrician with the crew of Jim Wilson and Bob Funk, was interviewed on June 20, 1968. He said they were in Senator Kennedy's suite before his speech and followed him to the Embassy Room, where he heard shots being fired when they reached the swinging doors. Lewis helped block the area where Kennedy was eventually taken out.

Sorensen, attorney for Senator Robert Kennedy's presidential campaign, stated that he was a member of Senator Robert Kennedy's presidential campaign and as such was in Los Angeles, California on the night of June 4, 1968.

Joan Husman, a "Kennedy Girl," was interviewed on July 1-4, 1968. She went to the Ambassador Hotel with another Kennedy Girl, Toni Rothberg, and arrived at approximately 7:30 PM. They went directly to the Embassy Room, but people were unable to get back into the room without the hotel staff's permission.

Jesse M. Unruh, Speaker of the California State Assembly, was interviewed on June 14, 1968. He said he was at the Ambassador Hotel with members of his staff and Senator Kennedy awaiting his staff at the Senate. At approximately 11:40 PM, he felt there were sufficient residents for Senator Kennedy to claim victory.

Paul Schrade was lying on the floor with an oblivion bullet wound in his head when Unruh saw him, and immediately noticed Senator Kennedy lying on the floor ahead of him clutching at his stomach. Unruh believed the Senator had been shot there.
