* Gunshot wound No. 1: entry wound in right mastoid region, course through right mastoid, petrous portion of temporal bone, and brain stem
* Gunshot wound No. 2: through-and-through wound in right axillary region, entry wound centered 1 inch from vertex, exit wound centered 9 inches to the right of midline
* Gunshot wound No. 3: entry wound in right axillary region, just below Gunshot Wound No. 2 entry

**Autopsy Findings:**

* Heart weighs 360 gm and presents smooth epicardial surfaces
* Moderate right atrial dilatation
* Cut surfaces of myocardium show uniform gray-red muscle fiber texture with no focal lesion
* Endocardium surfaces are smooth
* About 50 ml of dark red postmortem clot is present in chambers collectively

**Respiratory System:**

* Right lung weighs 190 gm; left, 330 gm
* Moderate amount of wrinkling of external surfaces suggestive of atelectasis
* Dusty discoloration noted in hypostatic portions bilaterally
* Upper surface lungs are very smooth, and atelectases specially noted in left lower lobe

**Neck Organs:**

* Pharyngeal and laryngeal mucosa shows no focal lesion
* Few petecal hemorrhages of the epiglottis
* Intrinsic muscular soft tissue of the larynx shows no intrinsicsic mucous tissue of vocal conus do not appear edematus

**Hepato-Biliary System:**

* Liver weighs 1810 gm and has a smooth intact capsule
* Edge are sharp
* Cut surfaces of liver show no focal lesion in dark brown matrix
* Gallbladder has wall of average thickness and a smooth serosal surface
* Organ is distended by presence of more than 25 ml of green-black bile

**Hemic and Lymphatic System:**

* Spleen weighs 150 gm and is moderately firm with smooth intact capsule
* Multiple cut surfaces show no focal lesion in dark gray-red matrix
* Capsule shows no areas of thickening
* Malignant bodies are distinct
