He advised that he had purchased the above residence approximately two months ago. Since that time, he has had constant trouble with the above suspects, who rent the first floor. He stated that he asked the suspects to move in one month as the planned to moving into the ground floor for the health purposes. Further, that the suspects park in an area that the grounds that he is trying to clean and that he has asked them not to park there any longer. The suspects continue to park in the area. After talking to the information, I contacted the suspects. They advised that they rented the apartment approximately four years ago and at that time were advised by the previous owners in the park in this area. They further stated that they could not understand the feelings of the new owner as they had never that trouble before. After talking with both parties, I found that the suspect are in the processes of buying a home, but both parties. I found the suspects are not in the two to buy this time, but it is not out of the escrow and will not be for happy to leave. It was agreed by both parties; that they suggest would continue to live in the residence for two or three more weeks and would continue to <loc_31><loc_758>park in the area. It was found that that the suspected were most most cooperative and by no means appeared to be people who could cause any disturbance. It is felt that the
