(The Field Office notifies RIDS LAs of shipment and RIDS Las notices the Security Unit of incoming shipment). Security Unit employees check the incoming box/package and review the attached form with the security statement and releases the box/package to RIDs LAS RIDS Las reviews the files to ensure they not contain any classified material above the Secret level, coded SCI or otherwise considered sensitive RIDS LAAS places the appropriate scanning form on each file/closure and delivers them to the DocLab. They are setting up for us for us. After DocLab scans the material, creates single page TIF and/or CDs, they will return the files for the RIDS LAAs with CDs and/OR upload to the T-Drive. RIDS will also have access to the DoLabLab Spreadsheet on the Drive, which will indicate that a job is completed.
