This ruling by the California Supreme Court was modified on July 26, 1972 concerning the right of SIRIAN to raise the question of alleged discrimination in the selection of his jury, the California supreme Court ruled that SIRIHAW did not have the retroactive right to raise this question. This case is considered closed by the office of the State Attorney General which office handled the appeal in this matter. As no further investigation remains outstanding in Los Angeles, this case will be considered closed.
