He was with a group of students from St ., Meinrrad, who accompanied Senator ROBERT KENNEDY to Portland, Oregon, and to Los Angeles, California. He had left the Embassy Room of the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles just prior to the time Senator KENNADY was shot. He did not observe the shooting, and at no time he observed SIRIAN SIRHAN. John F. Kennedy was mentioned as a target by Roy Donald Murray, who stated he had pledged $2,000 towards a contract to kill him.

Larry Daker and Russell F. Davis were students at the University of Dayton and Indiana University, respectively, and were in Los Angeles at the time of Senator Robert Kennedy's assassination. They did not witness the shooting but provided background information on themselves.

Kathy Cwik worked on Senator Kennedy's campaign in several states and advised that she did not stay in the Ambassador Hotel where the assassination occurred. She went to the hotel with Russ Davis to find B.J. Warren, who had advanced money to return to Chicago.

Linda Louise Elliott was a student at the University of California at Santa Barbara who went to Los Angeles with a group of students. She stated that she was watching the victory celebration on television at the time of the shooting and had no firsthand information regarding the incident.

Khatbar Khan, his family, and several individuals associated with them were interviewed but provided no relevant information regarding the investigation.

Laurence David Strick identified Khaibar Goodardzian as a person who came into the Kennedy Campaign headquarters on June 26, 1968. He also identified one of the individuals with Khabar Khan as Sirhan B. Sirhan.

Estelle Sterns reported observing four individuals approaching the front door of the Kennedy Headquarters on June 4, 1968. She described them and stated that Susp. 2 sat at her desk and spoke in a foreign language, while Susp. 3 asked her for her name and spoke about the senator's itinerary and bus schedule.

Mrs. Jeanette Bryans reported that an unidentified individual made comments about Senator Robert F. Kennedy's life being in danger on the Joe Pye Show from Los Angeles on March 10-13, 1967.

Mr. Arthur A. Duckel reported that some unidentified individual made comments regarding the support all Negroes should give Senator Adam Clayton Powell, regardless of his moral or personal standards.

Sirian Siran was mentioned as a possible participant on the show but could not be recalled specifically by Mr. Duckel.

A total of 34 names were submitted by Khabar Khan, with only members of his family being located. Those interviewed offered no information regarding the investigation.

Donald Clark denied any knowledge of Sirhan Sirhan or the assassination of Senator Robert F. Kennedy and provided background information on himself.

Marvin E. Pappan recalled an individual who had made a statement about killing Senator Robert F. Kennedy, identifying the individual as "Big Boy" Ryan, a wealthy rancher from Oklahoma.

IRL Rhyne (aka "Big Boy" Ryan) denied any involvement with the Minuteman organization or the Patriotic Party and claimed that his automatic rifles and shotguns were not illegal.

Don Wise recalled picking up a hitchhiker in Rolla, Missouri, who was dressed in Army fatigues and had an Arab or foreign-sounding name (Sibhan Simran).
