ANTONIO ALBIZO OTTIZ: A confidential source abroad advised that ANTONIO ALBIZO OTTIZ is known at Avenida Emilio Carranza 87, Mexico 13. He was described as a Bohemian with no fixed residence and involved in land sales.

REBECCA FOGEL: Mrs. Fogel claimed to have vital information concerning the case of Siriran Sirrinan, the United States-including the case at Sirirann Sirrin, the alleged murderer of Robert F. Kennedy. FBI files show that Mrs. Fogel is an obvious mental case.

SIRHAN SIRHAN: A communication allegedly signed by Sirhan Sirhan's brother was sent to Richard Nixon and Hubert Humphrey on October 25, 1968. The letter contained implied threats and criticized the position taken by Nixon in relation to Palestine.

JOHN V. KENNY: Six negatives obtained from John V. Kenny, a Providence College student, who was in the Embassy Room of the Ambassador Hotel at Los Angeles, California, were enclosed for return to Mr. Kennedy. Mr. Kenny advised that he had in his possession a camera which he held over his head and continued to snap pictures of Senator Robert P. Kennedy as he passed through the kitchen corridor immediately prior to the shooting.
