He fur- nished the following information: He was born August 24, 1925 at Quitupan, Mexico. His Social Security Number is He has been in the United States for approximately one year and has been employed by the hotel for approximately three months. On June 4, 1968, he began working at the hotel at approximately 11 PM and continued to work at the Hotel until approximately 7 AM on June 5, 1968. At approximately 11 PM on June 6, 1968 ... in the Boulevard Room at the hotels, which room is located one floor below the Embassy Room. At approximately 12:30 AM, he was in the dishwasher section of the hotel and he heard one of the employees say that Senator ROBERT F. KENNEDY had been shot just a short time earlier. He advised that this was his first knowledge that a shooting had taken place.
