KENNEDY INFORMATION CONCERNING FLOYD ARMSTRAND, Instructor, Mathematics Depart- ment, Olympic College, Bremerton, Washington, advised on June 6. 1962 that on the morning of June 6, 1966 while he and some Olympic College students were in discussion with a student named SULAMIAN NOSAYAN, the latter made senator Robert F. Kennedy concerning the assassination of New York Senator Robert F, Kennedy in Los Angeles, California, June 5, 1962. Mr. ARMSTRAD stated that SULAIMAN NOSAYAM said the assassin of KENNEOY was "justified in doing what he did" He said that SULLAMAN NOASYAN further said he knew the assassin personally having met him San Francisco, however, he did not indicate him in San Francisco. He did not disclose him in NOSAYAN also remarked "you must remember that this took place one year from June 5" of last year." Mr. ARMSTEAD said further that SULTAMAN NOSAYAM was apparently well and pointed out that Senator KENNedy had recently made statements supporting the shipment of arms to Israel. Mr. ARNSTEAD said that he, ARMSTRADEY told SULALIMAN NOSEAYAN that "You ( Arabs) will not get anywhere by blood shed" wherever they were in Iraq, Iraq, and Syria. (approximately referring to Arab-Israeli disputes). Mr. ARNSTEAM said that in some previous discussions with SULMAIMAN NASAYAN whom he described as a soft-spoken individual who is "nice to talk to", SULAMAAN NOSAN had indicated the doos not hate the Jews as individuals but is against the aggression of Israel and the United States. He said the State of Israel for helping Israel. Has also said that NASasser is a great man and we (United States) does not understand him.
