Sirhan Bishara Sirhan, the assassin of Senator Robert F. Kennedy, was seen with security guard Thane Eugene Cesar in the Ambassador Hotel's kitchen area around 12:15 p.m. on June 4, 1968. Sandra Serrano, a 19-year-old woman from Lorain, Ohio, called her parents at 10:30 p.m. on June 4 to inform them of the shooting and was hysterical during the conversation.
