C ., telephone 723-938, advised that a few days before the assassination of Dr. King he attended a rally for Senator Kennedy. D.C ., at 14th and Park Road, Northwest, Washington, D ., the man at least him held up a round object Washington, DC. The man behind him held him up a circular object appreciated, D, C. He chased him a short distance but lost him to the crowd. He described him as a white male, but lost top in 100 pounds, he described him to a white man, tall, in the pounds, stocky said he might be able to recognize this man again and furnish in- formation as he may relate to the shooting of Senator Kennedy, Bufles indicate that one Earl OLANDia Murphy. FBI Number 342 285 was arrested by the Metropolitan Police Department in 1962 for investigation of indecent exposure. Washington Field locate Murphy immediately and interview him in detail in order to determine if he has any information of value.
