At 8:30 a. m. on June 6, 1968, a Search Warrant No. 1791 was obtained from Judge Joan Dempsey Klein, Division No. 40, Los Angels Municipal Court. Hegge then returned TO the 1958 Chrysler. searched the vehicle, but did not find any of the personal property authorized to be seized.
