He had no address or physical description on Simon nor name of any organization with an allegedly was associated. He had no specific allegation that Simon was involved in the assassination of Senator that Kennedy had learned from sources he did not disclose that he knew he had learned to Simon and there was speculation as to whether Simon might be.

Kevin was advised of the confidential nature of FBI records and no commitments or promised were made to him. Kevin said if Simon had come to the attention of the FBI in this matter and any interest in Simon had not been resolved, he would remain alert for any additional information on him.

FPD302 Rev. 4:1564 FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION Date: 6-25-68 ROBERT HEALY, Boston Globe, Boston, Massachusetts, advised he represstated his paper in the coverage of Senator ROBERTH. KENNEDY/S campaign in the California primary election.

HEALY stated he did not know the reason why Senator Kennedy changed his plans concerning his going to the Ambassador Room after his speech following the June 4th primary. HEALy stated he observed SIRIAN B. SIRIHAN when he was seized immediately after the shooting.

He stated he had never seen SIRIAH on any previous occasion. HEALYS stated that earlier on that evening, he observed an individual who resembled SIRIRAN but who definitely was not an individual that he met this individual just after Senator.

HEALYSstated he met his individual just his workers and the voters for the victory. HEALTY stated that he could not hear the speech very well and entered the Colonial Room so he could watch it on TV.

He started the room contained about 12 working press and I've men. HEALTHY stated that there were two security men at the door of the Colonial Room checking press credentials. He stated that just inside the door or the Colonial Room he was approached by the young man who asked HEALy if he he would give the young men the press credentials HIALY had hanging even though he was the president of the President's office.
