Memorial Day, May 30, 1968, by GEORGE PLIMPTON of New York, REY. NOLDS reviewed by a tape of the program and talked to the producer. He was told by the producer that the voice of an individual who called in concerning Senator ROBERT F. KENNEDY F. Kennedy not not that of a regular or repeater. a male in 50s or 60s. JOSEPH SHEEHAN AND MARGARET SHEEHAN: On May 24, 1968, Joseph Sheehan and his wife Margaret were waiting in a crowd outside the Los Angeles Sports Arena after attending a rally for Senator Robert Kennedy. They observed a man who appeared to be extremely sinister and noted that he seemed out of character in the crowd. Two days later, they identified Sirhan Sirhan as being the photographer at the Sports Arena on May 24, based on a photograph in the Los Angeles Times.

JAMES SHORTRIDGE: James Shortridge, manager of a Shell Service Station in Inglewood, California, stated that a man who resembled Sirhan Sirhan was a regular customer from February to June, 1968. The man drove a 1956 two-tone De Soto with California license plates and made cash purchases.

SALIM SALIM SIRIHAN: Salim Salim Sirihan, father of Sirhan Sirhan, stated that his son had been employed as a computer technician since August 1965 at Excello Corporation in Walled Lake, Michigan. He also mentioned that his son had visited Jordan on several occasions and obtained a second passport number in Jerusalem in May 1965.

ALICE BATAYEH: Alice Batayeh, daughter of Salim Salem Sirihan, stated that her father had visited Jordan on several occasions, including in 1957, 1958, and 1964. She also mentioned that her family had resided in Detroit and Goshen, Indiana, and made visits to Jordan for the purpose of visiting relatives.

SIRHAN BISHARA SIRIHAN: Sirhan Bishara Sirihan was interviewed on June 10, 1968, and stated that he had been in the United States since 1957 as an exchange student from Jordan. However, an investigation revealed a discrepancy in his employment application with the Burroughs Corporation.

FBI INVESTIGATION: The FBI Laboratory examined various specimens, including latent fingerprints and handwriting samples, related to Sirhan Sirhan and Frank Quartucci. The results of the examination were inconclusive, and some specimens were returned to the FBI for further analysis.
