SANDRA SERRANO was interviewed by SA RICHARD C. BURRIS and Deputy District Attorneys JOHN HOWARD AND DAN JOHNSON regarding her presence at the Ambassador Hotel on the night of Senator KENNEDY's assassination.

She reported being in the kitchen area, where she saw a woman wearing a polka dot dress running down the steps past her, saying "Senator KENNEDY" and pointing to him. SERRANO also stated that approximately 25 minutes before hearing what she thought were backfires, another man walked up the stairs past her.

SANDRA SERRANO was shown the location in the kitchen area of the Embassy Ballroom, Ambassador Hotel, by SA RICHARD C. BURRIS and Deputy District Attorneys JOHN HOWARD AND DAN JOHNSON.

She was shown on the stage area where SENARNO was advised by SA BURRISS that approximately 1100 people were in attendance from the stage Area was explained to her by SA BURRINS.

SERRANOS was advised as a television equipment, where she reported plus numerous pieces of television equipment. SANDRA SERRANO telephonically contacted SA RICHARD C. BURRIS at the Los Angeles FBI Office on June 12, 1962, stating she had received a call from someone who said they were with the FBI but failed to get their name. CATHERY FULMER telephonically contacted Sheriff PITCHES on June 7, 1968, stating she believed she was the girl in the polka dot dress who saw SIRHAN BISHARA SIRHAN shoot Senator ROBERT F. KENNEDY.

BARBARA KHOURY advised that she had known SIRHAN BISHARA SIRHAN for approximately seven years and his entire family. She stated that she first met him when he was dating her friend ADEL SIRHAN, who is a member of the SIRHAN family.

STEPHEN HENRY TAPPAN advised that he had placed an ad in the Jobs Wanted Section of the Free Press, a weekly newspaper published in Los Angeles, which read "I must have $1,000.00. Do anything. Free to travel, danger OK. Call 793-2212 between 7-9 p.m."

ERNEST KAVANOUGH ALIEN advised that she was not acquainted with SIRHAN BISHARA SIRHAN or any member of his family. She stated that when reading all of the publicity regarding the KENNEDY assassination, she became very concerned for the mother of the accused assassin, SIRIAN SIRIHAIN.

The FBI investigation into the assassination of Senator Robert KENNEDY was ongoing, with various individuals being interviewed and statements taken.

Investigations were also conducted into meetings at the Green Hotel, Pasadena, California, hot-walking horses at Hollywood Park Track, and a letter writing campaign by Merle Mattson.
