John F. Kennedy was shot at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles on June 5, 1968. The Embassy Ballroom was being utilized by the campaign forces of Senator Robert P. Kennedy to hear the results of the California primary election and to celebrate the results.

Kathryn Anne Neiman, a member of the Kennedy staff, was present in the Embassy Room during the shooting and did not see Sirhan B. Sirhan or anyone taking pictures other than news media. She identifies a picture of Sirhan.

Joan Linda Zukin, a volunteer worker for the Kennedy Campaign, entered the Ambassador Hotel at approx 6:00 PM on June 4, 1968, and left at approx 7:00 AM on June 5, 1968. Her assignment was as a telephone operator at the Kennedy Staff Room (Anchor Desk) and the stage area of the Embassy Room.

Sirhan B. Sirhan is named by individuals interviewed as being present in or adjacent to the Embassy Ballroom on June 5, 1968. A photograph of Sirhan and diagram of ballroom area are attached to the interview forms.
