ZUGGER, Vice-President and General Manager of the Ambassador Hotel, advised as follows: He was present in the Ambassador Hotel the whole day of June 1, 1968. On the evening of June 4, 1968, he was in all of the banquet rooms. He was in the Embassy Room during Senator ROBERT KENNEDY's victory speech he left just before the speech ended at went about 12:15 AM at his home, which is on the grounds, and home. He arrived at his 5, which was on the ground, and about 12.15 AM at the home, and he was in his office at the embassy rooms, he heard 5, a siren near the hotel and he went back to the hotel.
