Boulevard Pagadena California was adviged of the identity
of che interviewing Agent and that he was being interviewed
conce rning his knowledge of SIRHAN B . SIRHAN _
He stated that in about July 1965, MUNIR BISHARA
SALANEH SIRHAN, age 19, nationality Arabian, who recides
at 696 East Howard Street , Pasadena California, appeared at
his office with hie mother and brother
MUNIR had been charged by the Pagadena Police
Department with possession and sale of marijuana to a
State Narcotics Agent _
HOLLOPETER scated that MUNIR appeared at Pasadena
Superior Court on July 7, and Dec ember 1, 1966 and
claimed that he wa ignorant 0f the nature of mari juana and
would acknowledge no wrong doing MUNIR was tried and found
guilcy on both counts of possession and sale of marijuana
and was sentenced to serve one year in the City Jail
He stated that MUNIR 9 family was very bitter
with him (HOLLOPETER) and took the case to D C MARCUS
Attorney, Los Angeles , California who succeeded in
presenting the case in Juvenile Court on May 27 1967 _ He
stated his records do not reflect any
additionai
information
concerning the case
HOLLOPETER identified a photograph of SIRHAN BISHARA
SIRHAN, as the brother wh? appeared in his office with MUNIR
and his mother_
He stated his only contact with SIRHAN BISHARA
SIRHAN was in connection with his brother 8 case and he

room numbers 23C and 35C appear to corre spond to roon numbers
a Pasadena City College and it i8 usua1 for students to take
phyeical education classes in the gym twice a week. He does
not recognize the echedule a8 the kind used at Pasadena
City College but schedules 0.2 tnis type are often a vailable
for students at school book stores and supply centers The
schedule would ha ve to pertain to a junior college rather
than a high school since high school clagees are generally
conducted on a
daily rather than a bi-weekly and tri-weekly
basis

he blond unidentified woman from the car, across the sand,
to a ramp, which led up to a deserted life guard stand FAHEY
advised that the conversation again wa8 similar to what has
previous been stated and that the woman was still insigtent
upon wanting his confidence
The route traced went a8 far north as the large
bou Lder on Pacific Coast vieghwax: which has been
described in prior interview this point , FAHEY advieed
that he remembers more a8 to what then transpired and ga ve
the following account ;
FAHEY ' 8 car was parked facing West towards the
ocean and the blue Volkswazen pulled up
thirty to forty
feet on the right side FAHEY ' s car; algo facing west_ FAHEY
advised that the man then out of his car and walked around
to the other side of the Volkswagen and stood staring at
FAHEY and the blond girl, who was still seated in FAHEY ' s
automobile FAHZY advised that he was going to out 0f
his automobile but noted that the blond W2s watching
to see if he removed the ignition key_ He steted that
being afraid his car could possibly be stolen, he did not
remove himself from it The unidentified man at this point
back into hig Volkswagen and drove it behind 3 large
boulder directly south of FAHEY ' 8 car and disappeared from
view FAHEY pulled back onto Pacific Coast Highway and
continued north and did not see the blue Volkswagen

JOHN FAHEY advised that at approximately 10:30 a ,m,
this date, while traveling in hig 1962 white Pontiac from the
Ventura Freeway south on the San Diego Freeway, that he was
followed by a dark blue Volkswagen for approximately four miles
FAHEY stated that the Volkswagen stayed approximately the length
0f a football field or maybe 200 feet behind his car FAHEY
advised he realized he was being followed when the Volkswagen
on three different occasions started to leave the freeway
via exit ramps , but would suddenly pull back onto the freeway
and continue to follow FAHEY 's car
FAHEY advised that this automobile digappeared after
approximately four miles and was not seen again by him a8
he continued to travel back to his office at Cal-Tek Industries ,
1833 North Eastern Avenue , Los Angeles , California.
FAHEY again advised he did not obtain the license

WITHROW noted that the time card does not show
that MUNIR took a lunch period and explained this by saying
that during the MUNIR went to the Whittier store to do
sone work in the company of VERNON MOST

Mrs _ WITHROW stated that she recalls seeing
MUNIR at the store in Pasadena at approximately 6:00 p.m_
on June 4 1963 , as at that time MUNIR was acting as the

l1:00 a . I, , at which time MOST and MUNIR left the Pasadena
store and proceeded to the @ C . Nash and Co Department Store,
1112 Quad Way,Whittier, California where they Worked until
approximately 1:20 p.m_ They left the Whittier store and
returned to the Pagadena store, having lunch in East Pasadena
en route_
MOST stated that MUNIR worked at the Pasadena
store from the time he returned from the Whittier store
until approximately 6:00
p . at which time MUNIR departed
the store .

salesman for him periodically during the 1963-65 period. He was
a good salesman and trustworthy employee; however

things seenmed to bother him and would build up inside

ments with fellow employees or custoners would follow One day
FAHEY blew up and knocked over a large jewelry display counter
Because of this

these mental aberrations but could not furnish the name or loca-
tion of any hospital or institution
FAHEY had been married divorced , and by this marriage had
twokhildren _ The names of the children or his former wife were
not known He had remarried but the nane of his current wife was
not known either_
KOCH advised that FAREY had worked for hin on three occasions
during the 1960-63 period_ Subsequent to this employment he worked
for Gensler-Lee Jewelers and after leaving there
