WALTER saw a man fall backwards to the floor with blood "all over his face and seemingly suspended in the air." VALTER also saw a Senate Kennedy living on the floor. pandemonium broke out. The crowd closed up the gap and immediately VALTER was closed up to the gap immediately area and hid behind a wall. WALLER advised that the did not hear any shots after the initial three shots were fired, but he observed at least two other individuals, were men, inside the afternoon to the kitchen who had apparently been shot. After remaining outside the kitchen for about a minute, TIMOTHY was able to re-enter the Kitchen; however, HALTER remained outside.
