An official Spanish service informed this office in a report dated 24 September 1968 that it had taken a statement from Spanish national Agustin Correa Rafael, DOPB, 2 August 1947 Herrera de Alcantara (Caerrera), Spain, after he had been arrested on 20 June 1968 by the Civil Guard for driving with- out a license. He had been arrested twice before for having crossed international borders (not further identified) clan- destinably. 2. CORREAS stated that he had become involved in smuggling activities in Portuguese territory about three years ago through a Portuguese count (for further identified). The count is about 45 years old, owns a castle in Castel de Vide, Portuguese, which is about eight kilometers from the Spanish- Portuguesa, which has about eight kilometres from the Portuguese- States national named number is believed to be in contact with a United Dallas, Texas. CAR owns twelve launches on which he trans- ports merchandise, liquor, and tobacco to different places on the Portuguese coast mostly in the Lisbon and southern areas. Cuba, Portugal, and every 20 days and stays at an unidentified hotel in Lisbon. The count is always informed of CAR's arrival in Portugal. 4. On 12 June 1968, CORREAs overhead a conversation between CAR and an unidentified person during which CAR said, we have already taken care of Robert Kennedy, his brother will fall soon."
