Manuel Aguilar, a Cuban national, was interviewed on June 19, 1970, regarding his involvement with the anti-Castro organization FRACAC. Aguilar stated that he had helped in FRACAC in Cuba as it became known that the Castro regime was turning Communist.

Aguilar claimed to have worked with a Special Forces Captain named Mickey, who assisted in training personnel for the organization. He also mentioned that Mickey wanted to remain anonymous and would be discharged from the US Army if his involvement were disclosed.

Aguilar stated that he had already chosen an island where defecting Cuban officials could be taken after defecting. He claimed that he had already obtained supplies and equipment, including a jet aircraft, which would be used by the guerilla units operating in Cuba.

Aguilar also mentioned that he had contact with cell leaders within Cuba, who were allegedly active in sabotage operations along the Cuban coastline. He stated that these cells were not organized through Cuba but rather through US officials.

Additionally, Aguilar mentioned that a man named Gilbert (also known as "23") was involved in the training of personnel for the organization. He also mentioned that another person, Stu T., was knowledgeable about his ability to work with FRACAC in 1964.

Aguilar stated that he had met with Howard and Hall, who claimed to have met with Lee Harvey Oswald in Texas prior to the Kennedy assassination. Aguilar also mentioned that a man named Steven J. Burton was involved in the alleged CIA plot to assassinate President Kennedy.

Finally, Aguilar stated that he was completely cooperative during the interview and provided information about his involvement with FRACAC.
