There are a few other examples I would Like to put to rest too. -- The CIA has never attempted to penetrate or spy on other branches of the government. -- The CIA was not involved in attempts to test the vulnerability of New York's subway system to biological warfare agents. -- Frank Sturgis, convicted Watergate burglar, was never an employee or agent of the CIA.
